Gastronomic heavyweights: Michelin-starred restaurants of Copenhagen
Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2025 has awarded a total of 30 stars to 19 restaurants in Copenhagen. Noma, Jordnær and Geranium are at the top of the list as the only three restaurants in Denmark with three stars, while AOC, Kadeau, Alchemist, Kong Hans, and Koan all hold two stars.

Kong Hans Kælder

Not many people can say, they’ve had a true authentic, Japanese sushi experience. At least not in Copenhagen. Even though sushi restaurants have been submersing in the city throughout the last 10 years, we haven’t had a place like Sushi Anabe. Until now.
